(hereinafter, "the Host"). The Host provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

The general terms of sale aim to:

  • Define the contractual relationships between "ROZE DIGITAL" the company with its registered office at ROZE DIGITAL 6 Rue D’ARMAILLE 75017 PARIS 17 France AND Hangzhou Panda E-commerce Co., Ltd, (hereinafter, "the Seller") with its registered office at 803, Yong'an Mansion, Nanyuan Residential District, Yuhang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China and the buyer;
  • Define the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Website, whether the buyer is a professional or consumer.

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. In such a case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer's order.

The sale, when concluded, occurs between the seller and the buyer, excluding ROZE DIGITAL, which provides and manages the website.

By accessing and using the Website in any way, including browsing it, creating an account, or contributing to the content or other elements of the Website, you understand, acknowledge, and expressly agree to be bound by the terms of use.

By accepting these terms of use, the buyer declares to have reached the age of majority in the state where they reside. The use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

  1. Characteristics of Goods and Services Offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Company's website and are offered by a duly identified Seller who assumes responsibility for them, excluding ROZE DIGITAL.

These products are offered for sale within the limits of available stock.

The photographs and colors of the products shown on the website provided by the Seller under their responsibility cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the offered product, mainly regarding colors.

  1. Prices

On the payment page, the main price is displayed along with VAT. However, in some cases, VAT, other taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by your country of destination will be borne by the buyer.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

In case of an error regarding VAT, it may be subject to adjustment according to applicable rules.

The prices indicated do not include order processing, transportation, and delivery fees, as far as they are applicable.

  1. Geographic Area

The Company reserves the right, without being obliged to, to restrict the sales of its products or services to any person, geographical region, or jurisdiction, or to limit the quantities sold.

It is up to the buyer to provide complete and accurate information and to confirm the information and contents related to the different items they wish to purchase via the provided information before submitting an order.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will serve as a signature and acceptance of the operations conducted between the buyer and the seller, excluding ROZE DIGITAL.

The Company will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.

  1. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

  1. Withdrawal

Non-professional individual buyers have a right of withdrawal from the seller of fourteen days from the receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for reimbursement without penalty. Please note that the return costs are borne by the buyer.

  1. Termination

If, in the opinion of the Company, customers do not comply with or are suspected of not complying with, any of the terms or provisions of these service conditions, the Company may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, as may the seller, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

  1. Payment Terms

Payments made via the Website are carried out by credit card either by: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Union Pay, Paypal, online banking, ApplePay, etc.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the buyer's credit card details are encrypted.

Once the order is received, the Company requests a pre-authorization on the card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

No information regarding the financial transaction is kept or recorded.

  1. Shipments

The Company handles the sale but is not responsible for shipping the products ordered through the Website. The Seller ships products mainly from China. The transport of goods is entrusted to another logistics chosen by the seller.

The products are shipped directly to the customer's home.

  1. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address specified at the time of purchase confirmation, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.

Delivery times differ depending on the processing time, order verification, and quality control within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation and production.

The production and delivery time is indicated at the time of payment and may vary between 5 to 15 business days. The Seller aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during specific periods, deliveries may take longer. Due to COVID 19 and any other customs or geopolitical constraints, due to various logistical restrictions, delivery times may be longer than usual. All necessary special precautions regarding order processing and safety are taken into account.

When the package is delivered to the carrier, it is considered to have been delivered to the buyer, and the risk of loss or damage is transferred from the seller to the buyer. Therefore, in case of damage during transport, a substantiated claim must be made to the carrier within three days from the delivery. The Seller's liability is no longer engaged, and that of ROZE DIGITAL, which is not a party to the sale, is in any case excluded.

Delivery times are given as an indication only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract with the Seller may be terminated, and the buyer reimbursed.

However, in case of delivery problems or other, the Company commits to do everything in its power to challenge the seller and/or the carrier to resolve the situation.

  1. Notices and Comments

If the buyer submits certain submissions, proposals, specific, such as contest entries, or if, without our request, the customer submits creative ideas of suggestions, proposals, designs or other elements, online, by email, postal or otherwise, the customer agrees that the Company may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use in any manner, on any medium, the comments submitted to them and relinquish any claim to intellectual property rights, payment or compensation to the company to which they transmit potential rights. The Company is under no obligation to keep comments confidential; to pay compensation for any comments; or to respond to any comments. Comments are the responsibility of their author.

The company may, but is not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove content it deems illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that violates the intellectual property of a party or these terms and conditions.

The buyer agrees that the comments must not violate the rights of others, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality or any other personal or property right.

Furthermore, the buyer agrees that their comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive or obscene content, nor computer viruses or other malware that could affect the operation of the website in any way, nor any advertising, solicitation or commercial, religious, political content, personal or institutional attacks, conflicting or irrelevant messages.

The buyer may not use a false email address, false identity, pretend to be someone other than themselves or mislead about any or all of the information concerning them (age, quality of merchant or not, gender, location,...), or mislead the Company or a third party as to the origin of a comment.

The buyer is solely responsible for the comments they make and their accuracy. The Company assumes no responsibility for comments posted by the customer or others.

  1. Warranty

In case of a claim on your order, please contact customer service by email at support@rozeworld.com as soon as possible upon receipt of your package to allow the Company to inform the Seller and/or the Carrier if necessary.

The warranty, given by the Seller, cannot be exercised after 30 days from the date of receipt.

In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to the Seller who will reimburse it.

Any claim for an order will be impossible after 60 days from the billing date.

  1. Liability

In online sales, the Seller assumes responsibility and the Company, which is limited to providing the platform hosted by Shopify Inc, is bound by an obligation of means, its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, access to third-party content, network or configuration problems such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

  1. Personal Data

The submission of personal information through the website is governed by the privacy policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All information and content related to items displayed on the website, including price, details, dimensions, weight, descriptions, and specifications of items, are translated by us from information obtained from Seller sources, and the items or related information are not owned, manufactured, sold, or endorsed by the Seller.

The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the website belong exclusively to the Company.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If disputes arising from this agreement cannot be resolved within 30 days of their occurrence, the disputing parties agree to submit these disputes to French law and French jurisdictions.

  1. Applicable Laws

This agreement will be governed and interpreted according to French laws. If the buyer is a resident in a country of the European Union, they also benefit from the rights protecting them under mandatory provisions of the law and applicable provisions of the country of residence.
