Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, we use Shopify Payments, which ensures top-tier encryption and PCI Level 1 compliance for all transactions. Your credit card details are encrypted and never stored on our site, offering you a secure shopping experience.

What is the delivery time?

For North America, Europe and Australia, your parcel is generally dispatched within 4 to 72 hours maximum and delivered within 6 to 12 working days. If you live in another country or overseas, this time varies according to the usual shipping time to your destination. Most of our orders will be dispatched from our Asian warehouse or French warehouse depending on your country.

Where do you deliver?

Secure home delivery is possible in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe (longer delivery times for overseas territories).

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are adapted to the destination, please proceed to the checkout page to calculate the amount.

Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with your item, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your package. If this is your case, please contact us at the following address: support@rozeworld.com

However, if your item has a manufacturing defect or a fault that is not related to misuse, we will exchange it. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted. Orders returned with custom import fees on delivery will be declined and resent to you. 

Please note that, in line with our company policy, we do not provide a return label and do not refund return shipping costs. We highly recommend providing us with the tracking number here (this will also help us identify your order and process your refund faster). If your country of residence is not France, the shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.
